- For less fragile smaller pieces, we use a standard delivery provider.
- For all pieces we will provide you with a delivery cost prior to or after your purchase.
- We approach our delivery service with the utmost care and attention. It is our priority to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives.
- All of our orders are securely processed using Stripe, a fully encrypted payment system. This allows payments to be made with a debit or credit card, where card details are not seen or retained, ensuring the security of your purchase with us.
As we have already said, at Jam + Pop we want you to love your piece as much as we do – but in the event that you are not completely satisfied we offer a no questions asked returns service. The following conditions apply;
- The piece must be in the same condition as when purchased.
- The responsibility of the condition of the piece lies with the buyer.
- The buyer must contact Jam + Pop within 48 hours of receiving the piece.
- The piece must be returned within 7 days of receipt and the cost of return will rest with the buyer.
- We will refund the cost of your product less the delivery cost within 72 hours of receipt.
